And the subject PC wire products are mainly used in pre-tensioning and post-tensioning project. Such as, Bridges of large-scale railroads, highways, frame of roofs, overhead crane beams, industrial and civil prefabricated concrete slabs, wall boards, tubular piles, PC water pies, TV towers and nuclear power stations, etc. 

The Plain PC wire will be chosen by different project requirement, and their available diameter including 4mm,5mm,6mm,7mm,8mm,9mm,10mm,11mm,12mm.

Standard: The current standards are GB/T5223-2014 Prestressed concrete steel wire”, according to market requirements, also according to ASTMA421-16, BS5896-2012 and other foreign standards.

Raw Material Requirements
PC Wire’s raw material mainly SWRH77B and SWRH82B high-quality carbon wire rod. The main requirements for the Steel Rod as follows: Size, shape, weight and allowed deviation,grad and chemical composition, smelting method, delivery state, mechnical properties, Decarbonization layer,microstructure, surface quality and special requirements.
After the wire is rolled, sitaiermo is used to control the cooling to obation more than 85% of the saodenification rate.Generally according to the normal process of production of the coil can meet the prestressed concrete steel wire and wire production requirements.
