The production process of low relaxation sprial ribbed wire is :
Raw material—Inspection—Surface treatment—Semi finished wire drawing—Sprial Ribbed Pulling--S tabilization treatment—Coil Wire---Acceptance test---Qualified and accepted. Sprial Ribbed Drawing is completed by special rotating body and spriral mould. The stabilized temperature of steel wire is generally 380°C-400°C. The tension is provided by the drawing force when Sprial Ribbed is pulled. Generally, the diameter of the finished product is 1.1 times as the diameter of the steel wire of the semi-finished product, so that the tension generated can reach a relaxation performance of 2.0% or less.
QualityOur Low Relaxation Sprial Ribbed PC Wire is the first in China to pass the hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity test conducted according to American Standard, reaching the highest leval of 200h, and the product is applied to key national projects such as the water diversion project in large houses.
Our PC Wire are purchased by many domestic rail pillow factories, electric pole factories and foreign customers.
Standard: The current standards are GB/T5223-2014 Prestressed concrete steel wire”, according to market requirements, also according to ASTMA421-16, BS5896-2012 and other foreign standards.
Raw Material: SWRH77B and SWRH82B
